We are looking to hire customer service specialists for our client whose product impacts the lives of billions daily. This role sits in the APAC regional office, with excellent growth and development opportunities.

Ideally, the candidate should come from a customer service (order management) or sales support background, with proven experience in improving processes and increasing efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain. You will be responsible for the communications and documentation of supply chain and logistics documents in the Philippines region, and in Tagalog, hence proficiency in Tagalog and English is key to ensure accuracy.

Job Scope:

• Administer sales enquiries, sales invoices, PO & quotations via close collaboration with local offices in Philippines and Singapore
• Liaise with local counterparts in Philippines to ensure documents and orders are accurate
• Expedite order and follow up with vendors for overdue & shipment discrepancy
• Management of 3PL for KPI delivery
• Leads Root Cause Analysis on order and cash related incidents
• Develop and improve continually on a proactive approach to Customer Service through a data driven analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain or Engineering, or relevant fields
• 3-5 years of experience handling order to cash, customer service with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to read, manage, and process customer orders and documents in the Filipino language
• Strong command of English and Tagalog to communicate with local offices in the Philippines and Singapore to ensure accuracy of orders and documents
• Prior experience in MS Excel for analysis, and SAP
• Strong problem solving skills
