Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound call to existing customer for up-sell, cross-sell and subscription renewal.
  • Support and guide customer through the sales process such as subscription renewal and upsell.
  • Handle inbound requests such as emails & calls from existing customers in India and other APAC countries.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers based in India and other APAC countries
  • Overcome objections and retain customers, identify solutions to issues and concerns.
  • Deliver dedicate customer services.
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client.
  • Collaborate with others team in deliver excellent results and flawless execution.
  • Stay curious and current on product trainings and new offerings.
  • Support customers through any credit card fails during contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets monthly and KPIs.
  • Keep up with product training and new offerings.



Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 1.5 years working experience in sales / account management experience in telesales or customer support in a B2B online environment and / or leisure-hospitality-restaurant industry.
  • Proficiency (written and spoken) in Tamil (Min GCE O Level B3) as this role will handling and dealing with customers from India market and other APAC countries via call and email.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good at multitasking and good time management.
  • Good interpersonal and customer management skill.
  • Sales driven, problem solver and customer oriented.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, customer service, nurturing, educating and communications skills.
  • Experienced at building effective customer relationships and create rapport.
  • Quick response and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Office location : Central area
Working hours : Mon to Fri, 9am - 5.30pm
Salary up to $4,500 + Flexible benefit
