DEMAND MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a range of items based on Product Line/Product Divisions
- Review planning parameters (Service Levels, Safety Stocks, EOQ, lead time, planning horizons, etc) in the system
- Regular replenishment of stock (INVEN/DRP) is critical
- Daily tasks such as EDI errors, large order handling, Inquiries (OPIs, PINQ)
- Execute demand peaks cutting in SO99 (External Forecast system)
- Establish Actual and Forecasted Demand
- Investigate abnormal Demand peaks and establish real demand
- Work with Global Planners for management of Integrated planning items (Forecasting, Replenishment, Demand Peaks investigation ect)
- Shipment monitoring
- Manual handling of orders and shipment posting
- Handle daily emails to support planners
- Handle stock returns
- Report generation (Query/Power BI)
- Check and submit supplier invoices for payment
- Ad Hoc data updating
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Industrial Systems Engineering/Engineering/Business Management/Logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the inventory management planning
- Ability to toggle between a few systems
- Analytical and meticulous
