• To Develop wellness programmes / activities that promote well-being of live in resident
• Oversee the implementation of these programmes working closely with both internal and external stakeholders such as community partners, medical practitioners, government authorities, customers, etc.
• Develop KPIs and implement systems for the tracking, assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of the wellness-related programmes.
• Work with partners to develop technology systems and solutions as well as training programmes to support and institutionalise such operations.
• Plan and set-up the key components of senior living operations which will focus on independent living and assisted living.
• Build relationships with target market and foster collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and manage the budget for the various wellness initiatives detailed in the roadmap

Requirements

• Experience in health practices, and knowledge of regulatory standards, policies and guidelines relating to the delivering of care to seniors
• Relationships with relevant government authorities and agencies
• Project management abilities and effective analytical and problem-solving skills
