Key responsibilities
Partnerships & Development

  • Reporting to the Cluster Director, you will oversee the Stakeholder and Partnership strategies that influence and impact Digital Readiness and Digital for Life priorities and focus areas
  • Leading the team, you will design and deliver integrated 3P-centric (private, public and people) partnership initiatives across diverse portfolios to achieve the outcomes of a vibrant and digitally inclusive Singapore.
  • In close partnership with senior stakeholders, you will lead engagements to grow the breadth and depth of portfolio of accounts
  • Design and manage the CRM to drive insights for partnership growth and development.
  • With relevant agencies, you will deepen collaboration and create policies and programmes that may impact the growth of Digital Readiness and Digital for Life agendas.
    DfL Programme Office & Secretariat
  • Co-pilot the DfL Secretariat functions and assist in managing the Digital for Life Programme Office
    Marketing
  • Lead the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies to raise brand equity, awareness of Digital Readiness Cluster programmes. This includes the Digital for Life movement and SG Digital Office programmes.
    Customer Relation Management (CRM)
  • Manage and ensure compliance with the PSD service excellence framework for a customer-centric focus and to guide consistent service delivery across all Digital Readiness Cluster programmes
  • Taking a data-driven approach, you will identify service gaps and raise the service standards across the various programmes from a partnership & marketing perspective
  • Review workflow, processes and UI/UX to achieve top-of-class service standards and to respond to partnership and marketing challenges
