Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust performance management strategy to drive desired performance and behaviours aligned to the organization's values.
  • Drive a holistic and effective compensation and benefits strategy (compensation, benefits, work-life effectiveness and career development) that attracts and retains different staff segments
  • Leverage technology to streamline work processes and drive the implementation of the revamped HRIS to enhance productivity
  • Drive the adoption of HR data analytic tools to shape and track the effectiveness of HR strategies
  • Cultivate a harmonious and collaborative union-management partnership
  • Drive compliance and capacity building for the organization's code of conduct

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources/Business or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in handling key HR functions especially performance management, compensation, industrial relations and HRIS
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in leading a team.
