Job Responsibilities:

• Recording and monitoring of claims notifications from clients
• Assisting in the appointment of surveyors for damage survey
• Coordination of communication between clients and insurers
• (including their respective correspondents such as surveyors

and claims adjusters)

• Vetting of bills submitted by clients before surveyors'/underwriters' review
• Negotiation with underwriters to ensure fair and appropriate
• claim payment made to clients
• Providing advice to clients regarding claims issues and status
• Facilitating claims settlements between underwriters and

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
