• Responsible for performance and career development of warehouse staff
• Responsible for ensuring that Company is meeting the Key customer's performace expectation;
• Conduct daily briefing and train staff on updates to work instructions.
• Help in investigation of services failures or damages to customers under your section
• Manage vendors to ensure they keep high standards. Address failure promptly, help update service failure log;
• Perform warehouse best practices such as safety, security, dangerous goods handling, good distribution practices and record keeping.
• Assist in new project implementation.
• Help deploy of approriate allocation of manpower, monitor use of consumables and suggest cost saving issue.
• Monitor systems and dashboards to for potiential missed SLA.
• Drive collaboration between respective departments within Airfreight division

Requirments:

• Min Degree holder with min 1 year of working experience who has a passion in pursuing in Airfreight industry.
