As the FastTrack Sales Support Engineer, you will be supporting a team of sellers spearheading a new set of services (Microsoft 365) that will enable customers to accelerate their ability to deliver a Modern Workplace.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team that will help drive the usage of Microsoft 365. In this role you will support the Sales teams qualify and close opportunities for Microsoft 365.

Job Scope:

  • Deliver pre and post sales FastTrack M365/Usage support
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to the Sales teams on Usage and Adoption
  • Resolve escalations related to Eligibility, Engagement Issues and FastTrack Process
  • Deliver targeted readiness sessions to the regional Sales team
  • Support the Sales teams remove barriers to usage, explaining, demonstrating, and proving what FastTrack for M365 can do to enable their customers digital transformation
  • Deliver technical readiness sessions, webinars and customer sessions
  • Coach to remove technical, competitive and security blockers to accelerate Microsoft 365 FastTrack engagement and adoption
  • Be the technical subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 FastTrack in region



Job Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering.
  • Understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals
  • Takes initiative to independently grow technical knowledge
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value
  • Success-driven, works well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment
  • Needs to be a confident, articulate and technically competent individual
  • With the ability to communicate the commercial and strategic benefits of largescale and complex technical solutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, able to collaborate and load balance with 2 peers in other regions.
  • Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning
  • Substantial experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting roles
  • Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions
  • Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology.
  • Technical knowledge across the following Microsoft 365 workloads
  • Certification in Windows and Office 365 client technologies (MCSA or MCSE), Information Security (CompTIA, CEH, CISSP, CISAM), IT Infrastructure Architecture (CITA, MCA, MCSE), Virtualization solutions (MCITP, MCSE) is highly desirable
  • Contract: 6 months
