- Responsible for supporting sales on the quotation SOP training & system process.
- Prepare margin analysis for project quotations, bulk purchase and any commercial activities.
- Maintain the sales and discount analysis report
- Providing support to brief and train new sales associates on customer service-related matters.
- Supporting on management report/planning and assisting in business support to Region business, indirect operating expenses analysis and controlling the actual expenses vs. budget.
- Assist in yearly financial planning/Capital plan, monthly result review, monthly forecast for region
- Assist in payment review & approval and internal compliance, month-end closing/reporting & analysis, advertising expenses tracking vs. budget and other ad-hoc management report/project support.
- Assist in any ad hoc project assigned.
Requirements
- Min 6 years of experiences in Sales / Commercial analysis with exposure in a Foreign Invested Enterprise
- Experience in Computerized environment, e.g. SAP / Platinum
- Accounting professional qualification & experience in auditing firm
