Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for teaching English subject to a small group size class (6 - 8 students from Primary/Secondary School).
• Plan and develop teaching resources for English subject
• Mark assignments
• Coach and mentor students through individualised teaching method
• Effectively manage students in the classroom
• Mange students' portfolio and academic evaluation
• Establish rapport with both students and parents, and communicate with parents on students' academic progress

Job Requirements :

• Degree in any Arts-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
• Great interpersonal skills & passionate about coaching and teaching
• Able to articulate concepts and ideas both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
• Familiar with PSLE, Lower Secondary English syllabus, as this role focus on teaching, coaching and assignment marking for English subject.
• Innate desire to motivate, nurture and inspire students to maximise their potential
• Able to work on weekends

Other Information :
Centre location : Novena
Working hours : 5 days work week (follow centre operation hours)
Salary from $3000 (depend on experience) + performance bonus.
