Job Description

• To manage the daily operations and efficient running of the Reservations Department.
• Develop, review and setup effective reservations procedures and systems for the organization and putting in place standard operating procedures for the effective use of internal reservations system.
• Ensure the effective management of guest data to support customer relationship management (CRM).
• To drive the team to achieve goals and develop new ideas to improve processes.
• To monitor all incoming Reservations and correspondence, ensuring all requests are responded within 3 hours in accordance to the company's standards and ensure the inbox is cleared by the end of the day.
• Review business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targets.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business / Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in a Reservations environment.
• Prior experience within the Hospitality / Travel Agency / Airlines industries will be advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Comfortable in leading a team and work independently.
• Comfortable in travelling when needed for work purposes.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
