We are looking for a support Technician. You will be supporting customers Worldwide. You will be dealing directly with end user customers, resellers, and distributors.

Job Scope:

• Answer tech support emails in a timely manner.
• Answer tech support phone calls in a timely manner.
• Perform tech support assistance for all of our software products to end users and resellers alike.
• Perform internal IT and support assistance within the office.
• Perform live online demos of our software products for end users and resellers.
• Possibility of some travel to perform installation and training of our software products.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience in IT and Tech Support environments.
• Proficient in all current Windows Operating Systems: XP, Vista, 7, 8 Server.
• Able to understand and manage Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL databases.
• Able to communicate technical information in a clear and precise manner.
• Ability to quickly learn new software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high intensity environment.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must work well in a team/group environment.
• Hybrid working arrangement between Work-from-Home and onsite at Serangoon office
