My client is a Global MNC and they are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. The incumbent will be reporting directly to the HRBP Manager and supporting line managers in full spectrum of HR function.
Job Responsibilities:
* Liaise with management, business unit heads and employees in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development, and employee engagement
* Ensure business unit heads are updated with appropriate knowledge and tools for performance management
* Provide advice and guidance to business unit heads to achieve business goals
* Assist in implementing new HR policies and strategies
* Prepare and manage activities such as annual remuneration review and performance management cycle
* Assist in any ad-hoc HR duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
* At least a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent
* At least 3 years of HR Business Partnering experience is preferred
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
