Job Scope:

• Works closely with the businesses on key annual HR projects (Performance Assessment, Compensation Reviews and Incentive planning and Employee Engagement activities)
• Prepares statutory surveys/reports and ensure timely submissions
• Assists in the HR annual cycle activities such as annual performance management exercise, salary benchmark survey, statutory reports, etc
• Coordinate onboarding activities and facilitates induction program to new joiners in the Singapore and Area office, especially the logistics and the session plan
• Ensures HR database up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees, maintain proper administration of employee files, assists in data analysis and metric tracking
• Provides administrative support on HR activities such as benefits administration, HR letters, track and process confirmation/work pass and other general HR duties as assigned
• Participates and support the roll out of HR initiatives/ projects.
• Prepares and collation of reports/documents to meet business timeline

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in similar position, preferably in a MNC pharmaceutical company
• A team player with high level of client focus and excellent organizational skills
• Meticulous, well-organized and able to multi-task effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Adapt to changes quickly and interact well with all levels of people
• Confident, resourceful with a pleasant personality and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday

Additional Information:

• Salary - S$6.5K per month
• Start Date: Immediate
• Working days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Contract Duration: 12 months, with 1-month completion bonus
• Location: The Metropolis (Buona Vista MRT, Exit D, walking distance)
