The incumbent will mainly responsible for supporting HRBP in regional HR matters and providing HR support to company subsidiaries by handling recruitment, employee engagement, training & development functions.
Job description:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment processes from sourcing to shortlisting and offering of suitable candidates
- Administer on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Oversee the analysis and administration of the company's training needs
- Record and compile training data to generate monthly training report
- Assist in planning and implementing employment engagement activities
- Generate HR reports by consolidating monthly HR reports from company' entities
- Act as liaison between the company and employees to ensure smooth and effective communication
- Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant HR functions
- Good understanding of HR process and policies
