The incumbent will be joining a reputable MNC reporting to the Assistant Talent Development Manager. He/She will be supporting the end-to-end processes of Human Resource Department's Talent Development function including applying and managing government funding program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain company's E-learning programme and online learning resources
- Apply and manage government funding program (Earn and Learn, SDF Funding, Absentee Payroll, etc)
- Ensure proper documentation of training records and data for monthly training report purposes
- Manage training calendar and ensure training information is sent to all staff
- Responsible for coordinating orientation program for new employees
- Process training related documents and invoices
- Assist in-house training administration including program registration, program confirmation, training materials preparation, and course evaluation
- Support in organizing staff trainings and events
Job Requirements:
- At least a Degree in any field or relevant
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Learning &Development/Training/Human Resource Department
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
