Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain company's E-learning programme and online learning resources
* Apply and manage government grant and funding including SDF Funding and Absentee Payroll, etc
* Ensure proper documentation of training records and data for monthly training report purposes
* Inform all staff about training details including schedule and venue
* Responsible for coordinating orientation program for new employees
* Process and file training related documents and invoices
* Assist in-house training administration including arranging of venue, catering, program registration, program confirmation, training materials preparation, and course evaluation
* Support in organizing employees trainings and events
Job Requirements:
* At least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
* Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Learning & Development/Training/Human Resource Department
* Proficiency in Excel (Vlookup & Pivot table) is preferred
