• Responsible for the entire staffing and onboarding process for Frontline Technician positions and meet all related KPIs
• Manage exit process of the above positions
• Partner with the business to facilitate resolutions regarding employee relations issues with escalation to the HR Director when necessary
• Support the annual performance management process
• Support compensation and benefits analysis or attraction and retention
• Support employee engagement initiatives and survey and partner with the business to effectively follow through on required actions
• Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies, procedures and services in accordance with legal compliance and company requirements
• Regularly review HR operations, identify and execute on opportunity for improvement to drive HR efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience
• Knowledge and experience in Easy Pay, Workday and Application Tracking System preferred
• Knowledge in expat administrations will be an added advantage
