- Responsible for the entire staffing and onboarding process for Frontline Technician positions and meet all related KPIs
- Manage exit process of the above positions
- Partner with the business to facilitate resolutions regarding employee relations issues with escalation to the HR Director when necessary
- Support the annual performance management process
- Support compensation and benefits analysis or attraction and retention
- Support employee engagement initiatives and survey and partner with the business to effectively follow through on required actions
- Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies, procedures and services in accordance with legal compliance and company requirements
- Regularly review HR operations, identify and execute on opportunity for improvement to drive HR efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Knowledge and experience in Easy Pay, Workday and Application Tracking System preferred
- Knowledge in expat administrations will be an added advantage
