Responsibilities
- Managing of the various HR functions with strong focus in areas of recruitment and selection.
- Supporting full-cycle recruitment which includes: job description development, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and offer negotiation.
- Establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers to quickly assess business needs, determine candidate profile and launch a thorough hiring strategy.
- Coordinating and following-up on the manpower plan. Identifying gaps and work closely with Talent Acquisition teams to fill vacant positions.
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, sourcing and on-going relationship management.
- Driving the performance management programs, identifying talent gaps and develop internal candidate pipelines.
- Providing HR consulting and solutions on HR matters to business units on a daily basis.
- Developing and managing HR policies and procedures in accordance to company regulations and local regulatory requirements.
- Observing operations workflow and recommending policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Developing and implementing Human Resources Information System.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
