Responsibilities:

  • Implement global strategy and act as point of challenge within the Singapore HR team to ensure that direction of vertical or entity activities are aligned with global strategy and priorities
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, and compliance with all internal controls and external regulatory requirements
  • Manage various projects and drive HR transformation through the engagement of various stakeholders required to execute strategy
  • Manage relationships with affiliates including offshore teams to deliver and monitor integrated seamless services provide transformation portfolio management support, which includes, but is not limited to:
    • Tracking status of project / portfolio deliverables and milestones
    • Risk, issue, dependency monitoring and coordination
    • Coordination of Regional Transformation portfolio / project reporting and governance forums and processes
    • Monitoring and reporting on associated budgets, expenditure, and benefits (in the context of project delivery)
    • Assist with the implementation of and adherence to project standards (including BTF) across projects
    • Supporting in the development and delivery of regional change and implementation collateral and engagement


Requirements:

  • Degree/Post graduate Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
  • At least 8-15 years of working experience in Human Resources Operations
  • In depth understanding of Singapore employment and local regulations
  • Experience in working with business stakeholders and other HR colleagues
  • Familiar with core HR System and data such as SuccessFactor or Peoplesoft
