Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to general questions, redirect any misplaced calls
- Answer to Employees and Manager's inquiries and resolve any arise challenges
- Improve procedures, policy manuals, knowledge database, and other reference materials
- Provide guidance for HR Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service transactions
- Execute and escalate selected HR related transactions when needed
- Upload data into Workday to transact on customer requests
- Escalate all queries or questions related to Tier II Functional Specialists which required further assistance to HRConnect Manager
- Document employee's inquiries, issues, and transactions in case management tools accordingly
- Participate in improvement workshops and projects, provide necessary suggestions as required
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years of working experience in Regional HRSS, Customer Experience related role
- Independent, excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in HR services, policies, and processes within APAC region
- Familiar with HRIS, MS Office Application
