Job scopes
- Create systems and frameworks to organize information and help users understand how solution or service will work and behave over time.
- Employ user centered design processes, conduct ethnographic research and usability testing to identify user needs.
- Integrate and address user needs and balance them against business, brand and technical goals and needs.
- Communicate solutions, usually in the form of models, wireframes, documentation, or prototypes across platforms.
Job requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Around 5+ years of experience in user experience design
- A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and how you arrived at them
- Proven experience in defining user experiences across multiple mediums
- Good knowledge of design process and project management
- Familiarity with Interaction Design, Usability Design and User Research
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present work to executives and large teams
- Ability to articulate design rationales, defend design decisions
