Job scopes

• Create systems and frameworks to organize information and help users understand how solution or service will work and behave over time.
• Employ user centered design processes, conduct ethnographic research and usability testing to identify user needs.
• Integrate and address user needs and balance them against business, brand and technical goals and needs.
• Communicate solutions, usually in the form of models, wireframes, documentation, or prototypes across platforms.

Job requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Around 5+ years of experience in user experience design
• A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and how you arrived at them
• Proven experience in defining user experiences across multiple mediums
• Good knowledge of design process and project management
• Familiarity with Interaction Design, Usability Design and User Research
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present work to executives and large teams
• Ability to articulate design rationales, defend design decisions
