Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mapping the requirements of Clients to support the Search Consultants
- Generate candidates via recommended Job portals (Advertising ,Online research, Job Board ,Direct Candidate approach)
- To accurately identify motivations for change, deal breakers and manageable drivers relating to career change
- Liaise directly with stakeholders on scheduling agendas
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in any relevant industries
- Prior recruitment experience in a recruitment outfit is preferred but not compulsory
- Proven ability to deliver and achieve KPIs in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment
Location: North East/ East
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Industry: IT specialisation industry
