Salary range: Up to $3000
Location: Changi
12-month contract initially
Your responsibilities:

• eSR - Recycling crates coordination and invoice creation.
• CSR - Inbound expediting for diversion for shipment that are yet to arrive including transportion arrangement.
• Trade Support - Maintain a listing and coordinate with FF to provide Invoice & permit for submission monthly.
• Close monitoring of all shipments inbound based on all the information (HAWB/ MAWB/ ETD/ ETA) provided by forwarder
• Escalate and action on issue lanes, shipments, or forwarder.
• Participate in forwarders monthly or quarterly business review.
• Drive improvements with Supply chain to ensure suppliers/ forwarders are executing correctly.
• Onboarding of suppliers to ensure suppliers know what exactly needs to be done in system.
• Managed freight claims and investigation.
• Assist to perform SAP transaction (i.e. PGI/ POD).
• Assist in administrative tasks.

What you'll need:

• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
