Job scopes

• To assist sales dept. with documentation and shipping arrangement, logistics inbound & outbound procedures;
• To co-ordinate shipments with factories warehouse, forwarders and customers;
• To support sales representative with reporting from business system;
• Issue local sales invoice, delivery order, guarantee card, credit note, transfer slip
• Schedule run & update Local Sales Dept on daily, weekly, monthly reporting
• Month end closing, stock reconciliation for demo stock location

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of L/C documentation, Incoterms, shipping procedure & logistics work experience
