Responsibilities

• Monitoring & scheduling for site activities based on projects
• Submitting cost report to management & managing project budget and preparation
• Coordinating with all projects related stakeholders
• Controlling cash flow, income, and dealing with project claims
• Assisting project manager to oversee all site works, including supervision if required
• Monitoring of project costing, work progress, procurement and coordination with all parties involve ensuring smooth work delivery and on time delivery of project, track project plan for timely completion, and preparation of work schedules
• Conducting inspections if required under ISO requirement for works in Progress, installations, and deliveries, to ensure proper quality checks and site safety compliance is met.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree majoring in mechanical & electrical, or construction related
• 2 to 4 years experiences in civil / building project experience and Mechanical & Electrical background
