Responsibilities:
- Process Purchase Orders from retailers and submit them to Operations Department within stipulated timing
- Process approved stock returned statements (from retailers) and submit them to Finance
- Assist sales team in investigating trade or delivery problems by liaising with operations department, logistics or finance:
- Verify purchase orders have been received and processed by operations department
- Check on arrival time of delivery truck to the stores
- Collection of goods from stores
- Attend to trade or end-customers' phone enquiries (product information, stock availability, etc.)
- Assist to witness the disposal of returned/damaged goods
- Raise forms for products that need re-packing or placing stickers based on the quantity planned by the brand managers
- Assist in receiving or couriering out of product samples, in terms of cost checking and packing
- Process internal staff purchases
- Coordinate Adhoc event and roadshow
- Brand sales analysis if required
- Perform data entry by updating all price codes, ensure product maintenance into system for new/special or promotional products
- Coordinate and execute promotions, new product launches and sampling with sales team
- Attend to customer complaints in the absence of Brand team members
- Perform any other administrative functions but not limited to general filing, tracking of quotation and invoices and any ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' level/Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year working experience
- Prior experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry and/or trade marketing preferred
- Independent, resourceful and dynamic team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
