Job Description:

• Report to Marketing Manager
• Strategize products and services through collaboration with various stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain teams
• Develop and execute effective differentiated sales & marketing strategies for client's product portfolio for different geographical markets
• Maximize profitability by driving effective end-to-end sales planning to ensure financial targets, sales and production resources are aligned and optimized
• Design and manage an effective competition mapping and tracking system
• Identify opportunities to further improve service levels
• Collaborate with other enabling functions to achieve service levels and budget goals
• Drive and coordinate the Annual Business Planning process
• Leads and own the monthly global budget/forecast review process
• Develop sales & marketing dashboards to support different regional sales and management reviews
• Drive continuous improvements and propose changes in the various marketing and sales processes and systems
• Conduct market research and analysis and drive qualitative analysis for key business decisions

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant quantitative disciplines.
• Min 6 years of experience within metal/manufacturing/engineering industry
• Experience in integrated marketing
• Global/Regional experience would be advantageous
• Experience working with various business units (Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing etc.) and understanding internal processes
• Experience conducting market research and drive accurate analysis for key business decisions
• Ability to manage large quantities of data and develop valuable market insights
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with Data Analytic Tools such as Power BI, Tableau will be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
