Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Marketing in planning and supervising the marketing team to achieve revenue targets.
- Be the brand custodian who ensures that all collaterals and branding assets are in line with the brand's corporate identity
- Organize creative campaigns and promotional events to increase brand stickiness and awareness for breast health
- Work with doctors and stakeholders to plan and execute a successful content strategy
- Pitch and collaborate with media partners to garner earned media opportunities.
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Preparing quarterly and annual reports for senior management.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in marketing / public relation / mass communication
- At least 3 years' relevant work experience preferably in healthcare environment.
- Having great interpersonal and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Highly motivated, energetic, results oriented, independent, with a great business sense
