• To lead and manage marketing and customer service staffs to ensure efficient day to day operations of shopping mall
• To oversees customer experiences through feedbacks, service recovery
• Conceptualise and manage the execution of mall's Calendar of Events, including campaigns, programmes, activities and loyalty programs, for the mall to achieve desired KPIs.
• Develop and manage the marketing of advertising, casual leasing spaces and promotional spaces to maximise mall's revenue.
  Proactive engagement of tenants' marketing teams to enhance their sales and shoppers' experience.
• Form strategic partnership with tenants, brands and other organisations to develop exclusive content and collaboration including placemaking events / programs for space activation.
• Manage digital marketing platform from strategy development, plan execution to relationship development.

Requirements

• Min 4-5 years of related experiences in related industry
• Experiences leading a team of at least 4 to 5 staffs
