About the company:
Our client is an Established and Renowned Food FMCG company with sizeable operation and APAC footprint. As part of their expansion plan, they are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to be part of their existing team.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 6 within marketing department
• Lead the team in full support on all marketing initiatives for product launches and operations
• Responsible for all aspects of marketing, meeting marketing targets and objectives, which includes A&P budget management, P&L, campaign optimization and consumer engagement
• Oversee and develop high sales impact strategies on product marketing, programs, promotions, and campaigns
• Working closely with internal cross-functional teams
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to strategize and execute effective promotions and activities
• Secure and manage relationships with a range of vendors and service providers including contractors, creative agencies, and PR agencies

Key Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Degree qualification
• Min. 8 years of relevant Marketing, Brand Management experience
• Prior experience in leading a marketing team
• Strong knowledge in Brand Management, PR, Trade Marketing, Consumer engagement
• Proficient in Strategic Marketing
• Proficient in managing A&P budget and managing P&L
• Good business acumen, decisive and good communication skills
• Prior experience in FMCG food industries will be an added advantage
