• Safety / Reliability

• Adherence to internal system and to maintain zero accident by complying to all Safety rules & regulations in accordance with Workplace Safety & Health Act.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and promote safety among the workers.
• Ensure that the facility is operated in a safe, reliable and efficient manner, preserving the environment

• Maintenance Management

• Accountable for mechanical maintenance works and ensure completion according to Master Plan Schedule under his responsibilities.
• To carry out and manage all the process mechanical equipments, VIE tanks and mechanical routine / non-routine / planned / unplanned maintenance works.
• Execute scheduled Predictive Maintenance program Mechanical equipment for all sites
• Execute Shutdown maintenance programme
• To ensure all the maintenance activities / records are recorded and maintained in MAXIMO.
• Prepare monthly maintenance report.
• Participate in the RCA for related reliability issues and propose the preventive action plan.
• Reliability dept respond to customers calls
• Respond calls & time to be present on site within 2 hours for call-back maintenance.
• Investigate equipment failure and recommend the most cost-effective method of repair / maintenance for the affected equipment.
• Rectification and restoration of equipment failure to serviceable condition in shortest possible time to resume product supply

• Inventory Management

• Responsible to take Up full accountability to identify the New Spare Parts (Capital/Production) for green field Plants and prioritize.
• Responsible to intitiate the Stock Replensihment cycle based on Min/Max level by monitoring the stock.
• Responsible to initiate the Spare Parts scrap cycle for decommissioned Plants.
• Responsible for stock optimisation, maximise stock interchangeability and avoid item duplication.

• Customer service

• Reliability dept respond to customers calls - Respond calls & time to be present on site within 2 hours for call-back maintenance. repair / maintenance for the affected equipment.
• Rectification and restoration of equipment failure to serviceable condition in shortest possible time to resume product supply.
• Accountable for timely execution of work Orders raised by operation team.
• Coordinate with operation to execute and complete the PM/CM/SDM on time.
• Train the operation staff on EBC for mechanical equipment.
• Assist operation managers on customer queries
• Assist on customer audits

• IMS Functions

• Ensuring that the maintenance program is in place and aligned with the maintenance strategy
• Ensure that operating manuals and facility SOPs are established according to the IMS program of the subsidiary
• Responsible for quality and safety audit under his care
• Review and update SOP

• Projects support Responsibilities

• Responsible to participate in new equipment design review, FMEA, ARA...ect during design phase
• Responsible for Equipment audit during project execution
• Responsible for witnessing Mechanical equipment and layout during project execution
• Create equipment Punch list and assist on rectification works with Project team

• Operations support

• Coordinate with operation to execute and complete the PM/CM/SDM on time.
• Ontime response to address the issues to reduce the down time
• Support Plant manager on customer queries

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experiences in plant equipment maintenance in oil / gas, marine or petrochemical industry
• Min 3 years' experience in maintenance / service / commissioning Oil and Gas or petrochemical industry especially mechanical and rotating equipments.
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Customer oriented with excellent ownership and Team management skills.
• Computer literacy. (MS Office word, excel and powerpoint applications)
• Familiar with preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance management.of plant equipments.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting Centrifugal Compressors / Reciprocating Compressor / Screw compressors / Refrigerant Unit / Cooling towers / Water pumps & Valves & pipings.
