Job Scope:
- General Office Management: telephone calls, mailing services, stationery, pantry items.
- PO Orders support and request from Marketing and other stakeholders. (SAP/SRM, GR) invoices. Vendor creation. TNT
- Perform various admin duties for internal stakeholders. Manage facilities and equipment in the office, point of contact for landlord, visa support for visitors
- IT contact point & co-ordination for MISM team
- Prepare new & renewal applications for access to company network and SAP
- Solving of IT tickets. Manage & co-ordinate IT budget with Manila office
- Maintain hardware assets & software in (SysAid)
- Manage contracts/service agreements
- Manage HR Information System (Workday) Liaise with HR Manager for updates in performance review.
- Support Recruitment End to End Processes, together with Line Managers and HR Manager. Offer Management, Onboarding, and others.
- Monthly payroll processing in coordination with outsourced partner. Processing employee related letters and organizational announcement
- Coordinating employee engagement initiatives
- Co-ordinate local insurance policies, annual code of conduct. Support on Singapore and Malaysia work pass processes with third parties involved.
- Local HR contact employees' queries: payroll, local benefits, local HR activities rollout
Requirements:
- Experience in office administration. (Ideally around 5 years)
- Exposure to IT and Local HR practices
- Knowledge in SAP
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal
- Good levels of learning agility and independence, able to hit the ground running with little supervision
- Performance driven with a focus on brilliance in execution
Additional Information:
- Salary - S$3500 per month
- Contract Duration: 1 year contract
- Commencement Date: within short notice

- Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm
