• Own and maintain from start to finish, the lifecycle of multiple purchase orders (POs) across various categories and brands working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across time zones
• Coordinate, maintain and provide update in pricing logs, PO logs, line sheets and analyze all product requirements on monthly and weekly basis
• Research projects and prepare strategies for cost and risk reduction
• Communicate closely with vendors to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met
• Monitor shipments to guarantee on-time delivery and settle problems associated with undelivered goods

Requirements:

• Min Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in the cosmetic or beauty industry will be good.
• Previous experience in fast-growing startup or Direct to Consumer (DTC) brands will be good.
• Good analytical and data management skills, especially experience with Microsoft Excel, Netsuite, or other PO management software.
