Principal Responsibilities
The role is to support the client servicing team in day-to-day activities to fulfil the roles and obligations of a trustee
Timely and accurate processing of clients' instructions in accordance with business procedures.
Prepare checklist as required for Trustee's oversight monitoring
Assist Manager in client queries which may involve preparing letters, arranging logistics
Ensure all documents are filed according to the department policy
Assist Manager in updating records and data of the funds
Skills/ Attributes
At least 3 years of working experience in banking or similar industry
Able to use Microsoft Office
Willing to learn and problem solve
Service orientated attitude and an eye for details
Able to work under pressure in a high volume environment
