Job Responsibilities
- Engage in day to day processing of customer orders and arrange for shipment
- Communicate directly with customers with regards to related orders
- Ensure customer orders are accomplished within targeted time
- Coordinate with Finance department to ensure payment (L/C) received before shipment
- Support Sales department by attending to sales inquiry from customers
- Keep close liaison with customers to push for orders (P/O) to meet sales requirement
- Liaise with warehouse in Singapore and Hong Kong and coordinate with internal Operations Department
- Create systematic document filing system for easy retrieval in future
- Assist in minor execution of department projects
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
