Reporting to the site Operations Manager, the position will be responsible for the implementation and operations of the warehouse to final packaging facility.

• Overseeing all aspects of the warehouse from production, short term scheduling, day to day quality and the health and safety of the production.
• Managing of customer requirements and ensuring service standards are met
• Ensuring SOPs are compliant to WSH requirements
• Overseeing admin functions to ensure data accuracy
• Integral part of the management team who drives improvement initiatives in the area of packaging operations and warehouse management
• Overseeing staff management and in accordance to company policies and applicable laws

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant fields
• Experience in Packaging and Production within the manufacturing sector, with supervisory experience managing operators/packers/etc
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise, delegate and organise the workflow of a team
• Strong MS Excel, SAP and WMS skills
• Customer service oriented
• Knowledge and experience with LEAN continuous improvement initiatives will be highly regarded.
