The People Communications Manager will have oversight and drive the broad People Communications strategy within Strategy & Consulting (S&C) across the Markets. The incumbent will support the respective Service Leads to shape the People Comms strategy relevant to the respective markets, especially in the areas of messaging, channel mix, leadership announcements and also be responsible for internal events and other communications tactics as required to achieve shared success

Job Scope

  • Build and execute innovative communications programs across a range of channels
  • Create a new sense of identity in S&C Markets (NA, Europe, Growth Markets) with an inspiring culture that makes S&C the "place to be" for any current and future employee
  • Launch internal activation campaign to help bring the new S&C narrative / brand position to life (assets include email, videos, success stories, etc.)
  • Design Managing Director (MD) communications vision and execute plan to keep the leader community informed of S&C priorities, business performance, talent management and other relevant topics
  • Write and deploy leadership announcements/changes and update organizational charts as appropriate
  • Plan, lead and execute S&C internal Town Halls (both All People and MD broadcasts) to infuse new S&C culture with our people, build internal momentum, inspire people to work together and share success
  • Systematically gather relevant and timely client opportunities/wins and write compelling stories for internal portals, meetings and potential inclusion in Earnings calls
  • Create programs that drive high levels of engagement and community
  • Manage ad-hoc or special projects that align with Market goals and priorities
  • Support S&C Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to prepare presentations and materials for the global management council



Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in internal communications, community engagement or related corporate communications
  • Strong experience in communications and message development
  • Demonstrable experience within communication strategy, marketing and change management/transformation communications is preferred
  • Marketing and communications experience - ability to design, build and run integrated end-to-end campaigns
  • Strong experience in internal and people-focused communications and engagement programs
  • Experience in creating end-to-end content-led campaigns across all relevant internal channels
  • Experience in working across all content formats, including digital and video
  • Executive presence to work with senior stakeholders
  • Proven internal change management experience
  • Adept analytical skills with proven ability to dissect large amounts of data and turn it into actionable initiatives
  • Superior time management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration and leadership in professional setting
  • Strong comfort level with technology and ability to convey complex information
