Responsibilities:
- Responsible for purchase of assigned raw materials and supporting of daily Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order fulfilment process
- Conversion of auto Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order in ERP system for raw material.
- Review planning data to identify inventory and delivery exceptions and to define plan to resolve issue in short term and long term
- Daily communication with Demand Planners to provide most up to date information on the status of orders and to understand production priorities
- Expedite PO management and shipping documentations from suppliers
- Support and coordinate pre-shipment samples for purchased of raw material
- Resolve routine quality issue related to raw material with suppliers
- Other ingredient purchase order management responsibilities as assigned
- Analyse and maintain safety stock levels and resolve inventory issues
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of successful track record in a planning & purchasing organization with min Degree in any related field.
- Candidate with working experience in FMCG manufacturing, chemical industry or similar industry will be good
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Purchasing, Materials, Manufacturing, and/or related functions
- Knowledge in SAP and ERP competency
- Continuous improvement skills/methodologies
