• Performs market research and collects customer feedback
• Evaluates products and forecasts performance
• Provides recommendations on product launch strategies
• Construct value stream mapping and analyse data trends to identify improvement areas and follow through to implementation.
• Initiate digitalization opportunities through designing, developing and implementing applications and platforms
• Build BI dashboards with Tableau and internal BI tools for data insights and business support
• Build and modify operational database structures as identified based on business requirements
• Documents of Request for Reports and business requirements
• Convert raw data into commercial reports
• Assist in data mining, data cleaning, and data extraction; Ensure data integrity
• Monitors product performance
• Analyzes market data, trends, and behaviors

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in product analysis in retail / FMCG industry will be good
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Macro/vlookup/pivot table), Tableau, PowerBI, CRM, SQL and other database programs
