Job Summary
- Perform analysis of Vendor NCRs trending; detect areas of improvement; conduct risk analysis; and report findings and conclusions regarding Supplier quality performance. Provide training to all employee on quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform annual QMS Supplier audits, responsible for supplier management and evaluation of annual supplier performance.
- Being parts of the Company QMS and HSE Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 and API Q1, Q2.
- Supports in tenders, review tender requirements on quality and HSE aspect, seek clarifications and exceptions where required to ensure effective execution.
- Assist in responding to QMS enquiries and questionnaire as part of customer enquiry or sales quotation supports.
- Support 3rd party external audits (ISO, API, Customer) whenever required on reviewing/resolving quality matters.
- Act as supplier liaison for supplier Corrective Action Requests and Non-conformance Reports. Evaluate root cause, corrective action and follow-up to ensure that action was effective.
- Responsible for QMS document control, maintaining and updating of the Quality databases.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline. 3+ years 'experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control. 3+ years 'experience in oilfield applications, manufacturing, or engineering
- Certified ISO 9001 auditor
- Working experience in similar Oil & Gas Industry (QAQC discipline)
