Responsibilities
- Assist/prepare the submission of monthly KPI report to the Operation Manager
- Issue the NCPAR for non conformity across all departments
- Coordinate the NCPAR / CIP meeting across all departments and ensure full closure with Management
- Consolidate data to follow up for claims / failures /NCPARs / 8D / TFAs
- Ensure claim process to HQ in case of new product / parts under warranty
- Liaise with PV HQ service department for follow-up of action plan
- Introduction and correct processing of quality records / SIBs / Internal SIBs
- Supervise the calibration of measuring equipment and tools
- Prepare and conduct internal audit
- Support customer audit
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Degree or above
- Candidate must possess at least 8 years of relevant working experience
- Relevant experience in quality management system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good analytical and judgmental abilities, detail oriented, well organized.
- High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.
- Result oriented and performance driven
