Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for purchase of assigned raw materials and daily PR/ PO fulfilment process
  • Ensure raw materials planning
  • Monitor of intermediate usage and stock level
  • Inventory management
  • Daily review/ analysis of system information to justify pull in /push out of Raw Material orders
  • Single point of contact for suppliers to resolve issues pertaining to quality, delivery, invoices and any other order related issues to facilitate on time order delivery.
  • Participate in weekly cross functional meeting to support OTD in customer order
  • Communicate and planning of production work orders and schedules for manufacturing
  • Responsible for monthly reports preparation and KPI setting
  • Assist in department budget and cost controls
  • Evaluate and improve the work processes and continuous improvements on department performance
  • Identify recurring production problems and coordinate with operations team on the work improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of Planning experience preferably in the FMCG/ chemical/ manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrates excellent planning skills
  • Purchasing experience will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in SAP/ ERP software knowledge
