Responsibilities:

• Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
• Screen applications and select candidates
• Responsible for a medium-sized recruiting pipeline (or shares the responsibility for a large recruiting pipeline), meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports
• Will be assisting across different projects
• Assist in special projects and administrative tasks into the system and involvement in procurement/savings/global projects if required
• Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team and any other duties as required

Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of experience in recruitment (consulting firms, in-house or any recruitment industry)
• Experience in IT Recruitment from sourcing, screening and coordination with Hiring Manager
• Good communication skills; team player and good communication skills
• Able to start immediate or short notice
• Location: Raffles City Tower
• Contract: 3 months (extendable)
