Responsibilities:
- Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
- Screen applications and select candidates
- Responsible for a medium-sized recruiting pipeline (or shares the responsibility for a large recruiting pipeline), meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports
- Will be assisting across different projects
- Assist in special projects and administrative tasks into the system and involvement in procurement/savings/global projects if required
- Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team and any other duties as required
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of experience in recruitment (consulting firms, in-house or any recruitment industry)
- Experience in IT Recruitment from sourcing, screening and coordination with Hiring Manager
- Good communication skills; team player and good communication skills
- Able to start immediate or short notice
- Location: Raffles City Tower
- Contract: 3 months (extendable)
