Together with a team of other recruiters, you are responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle process. Areas of responsibilities includes (but not limited to):
- Screen applications, shortlist and conduct competency/behavioral interviews
- Stakeholder Management: to ensure timely acknowledgement/response to both internal and external stakeholders and improving the recruitment experience
- Partnering with the business projects to understand recruiting demands and profiles
- Responsible in reviewing performance of existing sourcing channels to provide guidance/ expertise on sourcing channels appropriate to the Hiring Manager's requirements.
- Responsible in managing a large volume-sized recruiting pipeline to meet recruiting targets and providing regular status reports
- Execute onboarding and enablement of external resources
Job Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree holder of any related field
- Aggressive, high energy, driven and resilient recruiter who has 3 - 5 years of experience
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to thrive in an intense and high-pressure environment
- Able to adapt and understand the ever-changing technology landscape and partner with the business to fulfill the latest talent need
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work within a diverse team environment
- Excellent Communication skills
- Contract: 12 months (renewable/convertible after performance review)
- Location: WFH/Central
