Job description:

• Work with local stakeholders on Cx staffing fulfilment requirements
• Respond to requests for new contractor hiring
• Review candidates, schedule interviews and manage hiring manager interaction
• Execute onboarding and enablement of external resources
• Exit/Disable external resources when appropriate
• Manage contractor work orders and ensure compliance to
  legislative requirements
• Work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve contractor issues

Job requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• 3 to 5 years' recruitment process experience, preferably focusing on high-volume contractor hiring
• Can-do and down-to-earth attitude
