Responsibilities:

  • Close collaboration with partnered sales companies in the region to drive channel business
  • Maintain close follow up on sales pipeline to eventual closure
  • Formulate and execute Route to Market strategies jointly with partnered sales companies in the region
  • Jointly plan and execute activities with product marketing team to maintain constant messaging to target market segments
  • Joint channel and end user market visits with partnered sales companies
  • Monthly progress update meeting with partnered sales companies
  • Ensure achievement of set target year on year
  • Utilisation of reporting tools such as Sales Funnel in collaboration with channel partners
  • Establish channel network with appropriate partners having target vertical market expertise
  • Close collaboration between company and partners to maintain two-way communication and transparency
  • Ensure partnered sales companies and channel partners are aligned and execute accordingly
  • Obtain market intelligence and feedback to internal stakeholders (eg. product managers)
  • Periodic market/sales situation analysis


Requirements:

  • Min 4-5 years of channel management, or B2B direct sales experience in Electronics/IT industry
  • Sound knowledge of Consumer/Commercial/Industrial Electronics industry
  • Experience in building new channels in the region
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (internal & external)
