Job Responsibilities

• To develop daily plans for the respective third party logistics (3PL) service providers
• Receipt of import materials from the port
• Warehouse storage and ISO tank staging
• Inter-company stock transfers via trucks within Singapore
• Coordinate with 3PLs the execution of the daily drumming plans and ensuring product integrity of the drummed product
• Issue labelling instructions and maintain/update the Drum Label Master
• Responsible for the accurate and timely issue of sub-contracting orders to 3PL via SAP
• Timely updates of all inventory transactions
• Initiate and conduct regular reviews of slow moving and old stock
• Analyze the gaps between target and actual inventory levels
• Account for product loss management program at all offsite facilities
• Monthly and annual inventory stock-takes at all designated offsite locations (including 3PLs)

Job Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain / Engineering / Business
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain
• Possesses good negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong customer focus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• SAP knowledge is preferred
