Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tour booking, reservation, and amendment
• Prepare sales quotation, tour proposal and itineraries for customer
• Generate leads, reach out to potential clients, and close the deal
• Develop new sales channels, agent relationship, and partnerships
• Improve operational procedures and ensure the services quality
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve company's goal
• Keep an eye on the industry trends, maintain good rapport with clients
• Oversees sales team, sales target, tour volume, feedback, and customer's review
• Perform other administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Business or any relevant field
• At least 3 years of working experience in similar role
• Experience in customer relation management, manage and lead a sales team
• Independent, result-driven, excellent communication skills and meticulous
• Good copywriting and organizational skills
